Apparel Printing
Most of our apparel are made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for printing and packing after your order is placed. These fulfillment times do not include shipping times.
Unless otherwise specified, the following is a size chart for most of our unisex-sized T-shirts.

Apparel Care
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

Poster & Comic Strip Printing
All OMQ Prints are printed on thick durable matte museum-quality paper and packaged for shipping within 3 days after your order is placed.
Measurements are listed as inches, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
OMQ will come to you, wherever you are in the world!
Unless otherwise noted on the product's page, items will be shipped out within 2-10 business days from the order date.
Most of our apparel and prints are printed and shipped from North America. Depending on your shipping destination, some items may be fulfilled from Europe.
Original OMQ Artwork as well as most of our heavily discounted items will ship from California, USA.
Customs fees may apply to orders shipping outside of the United States and will be included in the international shipping rate.
If your order contains a mix of items fulfilled from different sources, the shipping rates will be calculated from both places.
Original Artwork items are shipped with insurance, with priority service. The price for Original Artwork already includes the shipping rate and should not incur a shipping charge upon checkout. Please contact us if you see an error in this case.
Holiday Shipping
Due to the various sources of fulfillment of our products, if you are ordering gifts for a holiday or event, we advise ordering well in advance of the event. We suggest ordering at least 2 weeks ahead of time if you’re shipping to the US, and at least 3 weeks ahead of time if you are shipping overseas.
Returns
Please be careful selecting your colors or sizes, as sales are final. We cannot make any exchanges for wrong size or color.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
